Jon and Karyn were absolutely shocked when they looked at Mikey and Athena. Mikey now had Athena's rather large breasts on his chest. Fortunately, he also got Athena's bikini top in the swap. It would've been even weirder for Jon to see his younger brother running around with Athena's breasts with nothing covering them.
