Emily was also equally unaware that her imagining Steve Farber would bring him to the forefront in what was going on. As Emily went to bed, Steve was very much still up. He was in the company of a girl from school who didn't seem to know his reputation...or at least didn't believe it. And he'd been striking out all evening. Not in the traditional sense.
