Insults Made Real: Melissa Becomes Fat

This time, it was Sarah's friend (or rather Sarah's *former* friend, now) Melissa Smith. "Like anyone would care about your stupid prize-winning cow, fatso," she said, her insult directed towards Gladys. Suddenly, the room rippled for a moment, and then Melissa was different. In just a split second, she had gained at least 200 pounds! She was as big as Gladys, maybe even *bigger*. And her clothing had changed too, becoming more conservative, hiding up her body much more than normal. And who could complain? Who would *want* to see her huge blubbery body? "Wh-what *happened* to me?" the new Melissa snorted. "Jeez, this place is like a barnyard," said Jessica Davis, Sarah's former remaining friend in the library who had not yet been changed. "I'm outta here." With the two fattest girls in school *and* some stupid cow ... there were more interesting places to be than *this*. Maybe she could track down one of her friends. Or maybe she should go plan for the cheerleader squad's new routine. Being the captain of the cheerleaders was difficult sometimes, but Jessica managed.
