Wishing some answers

Karyn sat on the ves, holding The Stone in one hand and The Remote in the other. As she opened her mouth, she heard steps outside the door. Cursing, she gripped the Stone and whispered a wish as quiet as possible. A blinding flags later, Karyn was standing in the middle of her bedroom. Her parents would definitely be out of the house until evening so she was safe while she figured out what was going on. After checking she still had both items, she placed the Remote on her desk, pointed towards the wall so it could not hit her in case something happened. "Okay. Now... We know the Remote seems to turn people into ballerinas. But why has Jon turned into such a femmy dancer?" Karyn pondered sitting on the bed. She tilted her head back, looking at the ceiling. "Okay. Let's try this." She straightened, looked at the Stone in her hand and said out loud: "I wish I knew what precisely how the Remote changes people." Karyn didn't see the flash of light. As the knowledge invaded her mind, she was hit by a sudden headache.
