The New Coven

Across town, five teenage girls suddenly felt an odd tingle, and then it was gone. What they didn't know was that over the course of the next few days, maybe a week, they would slowly gain the ability to use magic, eventually becoming the members of a new coven of witches. At first, they would find that they could make small things happen, like limited telekinesis, pyrokinesis, or mind control, but as time went on, their control over magic would strengthen. Also, they would find themselves being attracted to one another, first feeling more friendly towards each other, wanting to socialize with each other, even though they may not have ever wanted to do that before, then eventually, their attraction would become more sexualized, as they became lesbians. They would eventually even prefer their new witch lifestyles over their original ones, even if they never would have been caught dead living a gothic witch life before. So who were the five girls, apparently randomly chosen by the stone, to be members of a new coven of lesbian witches, who would eventually worship the "Goddess"?
