Karyn's Confused

Karyn blinked, "Jon?" "Yeah? Did it work?" Karyn tentatively reached for Jon, then pulled away, "I, uh, guess. Holy crap, you and me were friends?" Jon scratched his head, "Uh, yeah." Karyn was... well, confused. Jon was a macho jackass jerk, but the Jon from before whatever wish had been wished had been... well, the opposite of a macho jackass jerk. But wait, "How do I know you're not a jerk? If Sarah did the wish then only she should remember anything before it, huh?" Jon frowned, "Before Sarah took the stone I made a wish that no matter what anybody wished I would always remember reality as it was supposed to be. I guess if I hadn't wished that then I really WOULD be... um, whatever you thought I was." "A macho jackass." Jon chuckled. "You always did like the word Jackass." Jon adjusted, looking around a bit, "Look, can I come in?"
