Just FYI you should really implement the option to delete accounts unless you want some rando to come along and sue you under some data protection and control law.
I think the big problem is that as things are now, one can't really delete an episode without seriously affecting all episodes further down the branch, and as all episodes need an author account, you can't delete an account without also messing with all the episodes authored by the account, and thereby all the episodes afterward. IDK if there's a TOS somewhere that spells this all out, but hey, that's the spirit of the law anyway.
matisguy I have seen some “empty “ pages, I suspect that’s what happened, that the writer of a page deleted it even though it had descendant pages and the result was a page with empty as a title and no text but followup pages.
