"I wish," said Jon, "that, until I wish otherwise..." He paused. How would he know what the changes were? Suddenly he had an idea. "...my mom becomes a guy and that any changes in reality would occur when I can see them happening, so they will also happen slowly enough for me to watch." The stone glowed, and Jon knew that his wish was taking effect. But the way that he had phrased his wish...changes would occur when he was around to see the changes.
