Which governent watchlists? It really kind of varies. At least in the US, these things being described via text is not illegal. It only gets illegal in the US if there are images (even if they aren't images of real people, oddly enough. so underage anime porn can get you jailed in America). I have no idea what the legality is wherever this site is hosted. I make no assumptions.
