"I wish that for the next month, everyone in the stone's range would be granted one free wish just like if they were holding the stone, but only if the target of the wish was the person they hated the most! I wish I would notice the changes caused by each wish even if I don't hear it. And I wish all this would only last a month, after that everything would return to normal."
