Ms. Mimi Grant

Ms. Grant walked into the bathroom and saw Mikey (Mimi ... *now*) crying. "Oh, honey," she said, comforting the 22-year old woman. "You know crying can smear your make-up. Come on, let me get you a tissue," she said, guiding Mimi out of the bathroom and back into the nurse's office. After getting a tissue, she said "Thanks, Ms. Grant." The teacher looked oddly at her. "Ms. Grant?" She laughed. "Mimi, you don't have to be so formal. We're not in front of any of the kids. Just call me by my first name." "Uhh ..." "Julie?" Ms. Grant said, feeling silly that she had to remind her own sister what her own name was. "Uh, right. Julie," Mimi said. "You're my sister," she said, remembering the phone call. "Last time I checked. Now come on. I think you need to get back to your class. Your kids need their teacher back." *My kids?* Mimi thought. *But I'm not a teacher!*
