Megan's "Twin"

Alex got put down onto the floor a minute later. He tugged at Linda's shirt as she walked away, speaking for the first time in his little girl's voice. "Linda? I forgot ... what did I do?" Playing the child card would be best, he thought, as he sounded as cute and innocent as he could, which was a lot in this body. "Megan wanted to use that new device she got. The Likeness Manipulator, I believe it's called. You volunteered. Now you're just like her. Megan is so happy." In the guest room, Alex and Linda saw the *real* Megan playing with her dolls. "You better get in there and play with her," Linda said, before walking away. As Alex walked into the room, he wondered about a lot of things. Likeness Manipulator? What the heck was *that*? And was this temporary? Or would he remain as Megan's "clone" until he died? Megan looked up and smiled.
