Teasing: Nadine and Athena Go Note Hunting

"This all started after I called you a devil worshiper," Nadine said. "I *don't* worship the devil," Athena corrected her. "Whatever you say. But I was sure that *you* had something to do with this. I *am* dressed similarly to you. I'm even wearing the same boots. How do you walk around in these things anyway?" "I don't know where you got that outfit from, but you didn't get it from me," Athena said, ignoring Nadine's question. "I can't just wish something up. Magic doesn't work that way, at least when *I* use it." Nadine would have made a fuss about what Athena just said about using magic, but her attention was split when she heard Athena say the word WISH. "That note." "What note?" "There was a note with a wish written on it. I picked it up off the floor and felt this urge to read it." "What did it say?" Athena had never heard of anything like this before. She knew wishes were real, but she had never initiated one or even experienced one (as far as *she* knew). But something being granted from a wish written on a piece of paper? This was something new for Athena. "It said something about becoming more like ... more like the person I last ... uh ... made fun of?" she tried to recollect. "Oh no! That's what happened! I made fun of you right before I read that note. And now I'm more like *you*." "Maybe if we find the note, I can figure out how to reverse it. Although, I think you're much better off this way," Athena said. Nadine's eyes went wide, as she imagined herself staying in this evil lifestyle. Suddenly, she darted down the hall.
