Regarding upgrade

Hey there! I'm The Count and I'm currently running the server FB is hosted on. We (or at least myself) have not heard from Zach for a while, so this is purely my own initiative. Any cosmetic or functional changes will not take place for quite a while later (and will most likely be in a beta-site format first), and the plan is to get some feedback from you guys before doing anything. I was planning on keeping the current look and feel as a 'classic' theme in any case. I don't know about most users, but it's kinda nostalgic to me. The purpose of today's downtime is to move everything to a better, more secure server.
