A new website appears

The stone flashed, and as the glow subsided a new website was created. The interface was simple, with a section at the top that would be filled in with text each time a wish was made on the stone, displaying what the wish was. Below was a text input with a prompt, asking the person who visited the site how they would grant the wish. And, as the site was created, it was sent to the phone or computer of someone in the town.
