The Forgotten Note

Unable to stop, this person then began to read the note, not realizing that what was wished would come true. "I wish ..." The person continued to read the note. "...that after I destroyed this note, I forgot that I had read it." That was silly, the person thought. The whole wish thing was silly and foolish. They crumpled up the note tossed into into the garbage, then walked away and immediately forgot the whole thing. So, someone would be walking into a world changed or changing due to a wish, as would anyone involved in that wish. But they no one would remember what the wish was.
