Question marks in older postings

I don't know if someone already talked about this, but in some of my older postings I've notice that there are a LOT of "?" that are now showing up in though out the posting. For example, most look like this don?t, instead of just showing up as don't. The ' has been replace with a question mark, so the post looks like a mess. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.
