Zapped: Surprise

Moments later, Laura was parking her car, and heading into the apartment building. She instinctively made her way to the second floor and right to her apartment door, as if she had done it a hundred times before. She was about to unlock her door, but froze when she heard a noise coming from within her apartment. She quickly unlocked the door and stepped inside to find another familiar stranger inside. She was certain she had never seen her, but yet she knew her. She'd been watching TV on an old set with an antenna. "Hey, girl...where have you been? Stayed late at work? Boss being a jerk to you again?" "When is he not a bastard?" Laura said automatically. She laughed. "You got that right. You look beat. Do you want to watch some TV with me, or do you just want to head to bed?"
