Sarah Becomes Karyn's Duplicate

Sarah, sitting on Jon's right, put her hand on his and giggled. "You know, Jon. Sometimes I wish *I* could be your special someone," she said, blushing after she finished her sentence. The stone grew warm in Jon's hand, and he realized that Sarah had been touching it. All five at the table inexplicably shut their eyes for a moment, and when they opened them back up, there were two Karyns at the table! Everyone stared at the two Karyns, but then at the Karyn that wasn't there before (they remembered where the real Karyn was sitting before they shut their eyes). The new Karyn was sitting where Sarah had been sitting. "Sarah?" Amber asked. "Is that you?" "I ... I think so," she replied. "What happened? I sound like Karyn." She looked down at herself. "I *look* like Karyn." Then she began to cry. Karyn was Jon's "special someone" (she always had been), so the stone turned Sarah into Karyn's duplicate.
