TNL: King Mark's Revenge

"What did I ever do to the King?" Jack asked. "For one thing, you killed him," Dr. Blake (formerly Jill) said. "You mean ... no. The King is *Mark*?" Dr. Blake smiled and nodded. "But ... *I* didn't kill him. The car crashed and ..." The doctor leaned in towards her. "But *you* were driving." He then stood back up again. "Whether it was intentional or not, you are the reason he died. And now he's going to make it his personal mission to make the rest of your life in this existence a living hell." Jack tried to get up. She didn't want to be there anymore. But her body was so fat, so massive, that she could barely even *move*. "Time to break your ankles," Dr. Blake announced, so that the nurses could hear him. Then to Jack, he said "You might want to brace yourself. This is *really* going to hurt." Then he smiled.
