The purple light only lasted a few seconds, but when it was gone, something was *definitely* different, because everyone in the room, including Dawn, had turned into kids! Their clothes remained the same, so it looked like they were wearing their parents' clothes. They all must have been around 7 or 8 years old. Donna looked down at her little girl's body with wide eyes. And her husband looked down at *his* body with equal shock. The two middle-aged women Grace and Abigail had lost 40 to 50 years of their lives! They would have to grow up all over again. What had happened?
