LAKE POINT: Gold Bracelet

Reaching under his bed (where he kept a lot of his private things, like valuables and porn magazines), Jon pulled out his inheritance, which was a gold bracelet. After receiving it through the mail, Jon was confused as to why *he* got this as his inheritance and not his mom or even his Goth sister Zoe (she wasn't into bracelets, but she *was* a girl). Bracelets weren't a very guyish thing. Unless it wasn't meant to be worn. Maybe it was just supposed to be collected, like a treasure. He looked at it a little closer and saw some strange glyphs on it that he hadn't seen earlier. They were on the inside of the bracelet and apparently could only be seen with the current angle of sunlight coming through his bedroom window. "Weird," Jon muttered. He continued to look at the glyphs when suddenly they seemed to glow. He blinked, wondering if he had just imagined that, then without any control over himself, he began to put the bracelet on.
