LAKE POINT: Sarah Goes Home

When Sarah returned home, she was more than confused and definitely ticked off by her friends' reaction to her new look. What the hell was their problem? She looked good. *Real* good. Why couldn't they see that? She opened the front door, lugging in her several shopping bags full of her new outfits, then shut the door behind her. She saw her mom's car in the driveway, so she knew that she was there. But her dad was still out of town on business. Sarah started to move towards the stairs, intending on heading up to her room, when she heard someone approaching her from the kitchen.
