Her Ex-Husband

"Jane," a voice said, from behind her. It was the voice of her ex-husband. She turned around and stared at him. "What are you doing here?" "I know, I know. I'm late. But work was just crazy today." Jane squinted at him. Right around the time when Zoe was two, her husband began to have his affair. Of course, Jane didn't find out about it until after she was pregnant with Mikey (which would have been about a year later). So when he said that he was late because of work, Jane knew what the *real* reason was. He was seeing Lindsay Morgan, that slutty bitch from work. Zoe started to cry again, catching her attention, and bring her out of her thoughts and back into the here and now. But was this the here and now? It seemed impossible, but she had apparently traveled back through time. By what? Twelve years? "Honey? Are you okay?" her soon-to-be ex-husband asked.
