Suddenly, Sarah made a wish that affected both Karyn and Michelle. *"I wish that all women's breasts were this big because they had breast implants,"* they both heard Sarah say in their heads. Then she added *"I wish to have my breast implants removed."* Maybe she thought that this would be a way to get her breasts reduced in size. Karyn and Michelle looked down at their boobs. They still looked the same size, but they looked obviously fake.
