As for Linda and her new job. Only the jobs have been swapped so far not the skills for the job. So while Roger has the housework he would do it the way he normally would I.e. not up to Linda's standards. However the next day the skills could be swapped which would mean that Roger would be able to a better job cleaning while Linda would be able to do Roger's job
