And yes, I would like to go out with you." "Really?" Jon's eyes went wide. "But you have to ask again. This time you have to ask plain ol' Karen Black." She stared at him expectantly. "The only thing plain about you is your name," Jon said as he sat down next to her on the bed. "Karen Black, will you go out with me?" She punched his shoulder playfully before threw her arms around him. He returned the embrace, and they held each other tightly for a moment. Then Karen pulled back, looked Jon straight in the eyes and deadpanned, "I'll think about it."
