Carla looks like an elderly woman

Carla slowly opened her eyes. The mother-to-be found herself laying on a hospital bed, a sheet of sort covering the main part of her body. But even without seeing a good majority of her face, Carla knew that substantial work had been done. To start off with, she felt heavier and from her field of vision, she could clearly make out layers of wrinkles. Taking care to sit herself up, Carla threw the sheet off and looked down to her lower body. A layer of cellulite now covered her skin, making her floppy breasts all the more enticing. Staring at her thighs, a nice layer of fat had been added. Which made the removal of all her body hair all the more welcome. "This wasn't completely what I had in mind here." Carla thought and shifted her body slightly. While she had hoped to get the attention of a nurse, that wasn't looking likely. Maybe there was something that she could see her reflection in. That would let her see the rest of the changes done to her. Eventually, her gaze focused on a large mirror. Staring in, Carla did a double take. Instead of the youthful face of a mother, the withered and wrinkled face of an elderly woman stared back. "What happened to me?" she thought and let out a deep breath, nearly coughing in the process.
