The first step

Eventually, the pair came to a stop in front of a door. "Head on through, sis." Jessie explained, Jessica complying. Inside, things were set up quite plain. Just a seat and a counter. "I just need to grab something. So sit down." Jessica sat herself down, watching her sister head back on out. The next couple minutes were quite boring to an extent. So she began humming to herself. "Please, sis." she whispered and the door opened back up. Jessie walked up, needle in hand. "I need you to hold still." she explained, bringing the needle down to her sister's arm. "The next couple minutes are going to be painful." Jessica nodded and everything went dark.
