Triple-Naga Johanna

The Johannas started to feel a bit woozy and doubled up in pain from the splitting headache. They then toppled over as they pants were ripped off her by the change. Within moments a long and gorgeous tail was seen twirling a bit about for coming down. Joanna so noticed her new tail and scaly skin. "What's going on?," the three Joannas said in unison.
