Karyn in control: 3rd changes

Karyn had given it a lot of thought but decided she wanted to keep going down the path she had started. She found the whole situation fascinating and really wanted to push it as far as she could. She wondered just how muchbshe could change Jon and still have the world treat him as a guy. She typed the next set of changes into her phone and applied them. She once again went to sleep, excited to see Jon again the next day. The instructions she wrote were: "Jon has a female body from his neck down with B-cup breasts. He wears female clothes but in a similar style to when he was physically male. He has the physical mannerisms and movements of a typical teenage girl. He is still treated as a boy." She left the other settings the same, Jon would realise what had changed but everyone else would think it was normal.
