Karyn's Mother

Karyn stepped aside, revealing the person who had been hiding behind her. It was her mother. "Sorry, Jon. She sort of overheard me talking about the stone and what it did to me." Karyn's mom moved past her daughter and walked into the house. "Now, where is this stone that Karyn told me about?" I glared at Karyn, who looked a bit sheepish. "She thinks we're too immature to use it," Karyn said. "From what I've heard so far, my daughter is correct. So where is it?" her mom asked.
