New Owner: Tyrone and Danielle at the Precinct

As Danielle pulled Tyrone into the precinct, she continued to smile. And everyone noticed. "Finally got him?" another cop asked. His name was Officer Kurt Maybourn. Tyrone had seen the guy before. Sometimes he accompanied Officer Chase when she came out to hassle him, sometimes not. "Yeah, finally. The stupid kid actually struck me." Tyrone's smirk (over what his new power was doing to her) faded away and turned into a scowl. "Dat's not what happened!" he shouted. Danielle pulled him more forcefully, then nearly threw him into a nearby chair. "It don't matter," she said. "You touched me. That's the same as striking an officer." Tyrone's grin returned. She said "don't" instead of "doesn't". "Sumthin' funny?" she asked, apparently not noticing that her speech was slowly changing. "What do you think, bitch?" he asked. She shook her head, not noticing that her hair was no longer swishing from side to side. It was now coarser, totally black in color, and slowly being pulled into tight cornrows. Her skin was even darker now, no longer like any tan she could ever get. But Tyrone had a feeling that she still had a ways to go. Danielle started typing on her computer to get Tyrone processed.
