He rolled. 5. "Everyone drink, bitches!" Everyone drank, and then everyone gasped. Jon felt a pressure at his waist, pushing all the air out of his lungs. When he could breathe again, he felt what was now a concave waistline. He lifted his shirt to find washboard abs. Jon's dick was rock hard at the change. He looked up. Ethan's long messy hair no longer hid his face, but instead perfectly framed it. Long curly locks extended all the way past his shoulders. Ethan was running his fingers through highlighted hair. Alex was holding his throat and coughing, but what came out wasn't his normal voice at all. His voice was definitely that of a woman's. "What... holy shit! Is that my voice? Holy shit! I must be like 3 octaves higher!" Blake burst out laughing. "Look at you two! You look ridiculous Ethan!" "Maybe you should look in the mirror." Blake stopped and looked towards the door, where a full length mirror hung. His jaw dropped. His face was entirely that of a girl: huge eyes, puffy lips, button nose. It was a face to fall in love with. For once Blake was quiet. Jon spoke up, reveling in this, "that's not all, Blake." Blake followed Jon's eyes to the table. He had rolled a 5. A 2 and a 3. Three Man. Blake's eyes widened, looked to the mirror, then back to the die, then back up... "FUCK! Alright, I can get out of this, just gotta roll a 3 again and I'm out." He rolled snake eyes. He was stuck. As Three Man. "FUCK."

I don't mean to pick on this particular author, but I really need to say something about octaves. I keep seeing stories where they say the guy's voice went up many octaves. Here's the thing… the average male and female voices are about a half octave apart. A good singer is lucky if their highest and lowest notes that they can make are two whole octaves apart. If Alex had a super deep bass voice, and it raised up three octaves, his new voice would be far above the high soprano range. Some women have very deep voices. Listen to Cher talk. But no one could ever accuse her of sounding like a man. This is why voice changers suck. They never make a guy sound like a girl. They make a guy sound like a high pitched guy. Pitch is a very small part of the real difference. Most of it is timbre.
