Karyn is Friendly with Sarah, Too

A sly smile formed itself on Karyn's lips. "Of course I got it, I was just messing with you." Karyn swung her backpack off of her arm and dug in for the stone, presenting it to her friend. Teenage girls can be very superficial, and a simple "she looks a bit like me" was enough to change the history of the relationship between the two. Karyn still kept her friendship with Jon, but she looked down on him a little, had a tendency to use him more than appreciate him. And while Karyn knew that all of this was different from her old reality, she couldn't deny the memories in her head that told her that she could trust Sarah. And so the cheerleader received the most powerful artifact in existence, and prepared to make her first wish.
