Father of the bride

"Come in," I called, still admiring my reflection. "You look beautiful," said a masculine voice. I turned to see my dad in a suit and blushed. "I can't believe my little champ is all grown up and I'll be walking him down the aisle to give him away soon." I smiled and crossed to him, giving him a hug. Why was he dressed normally while I was dressed like a bride? Surely he should be in a dress too and it should be my mom that was giving me away? With a smile he placed my veil on my head and handed me my bouquet.
