Mother Jon

I grinned, wrapping up in my sheets and was soon asleep. I started to dream, wondering who I'd end up as and soon my dreams turned to baby names and getting a nursery ready. With a sigh I awoke, finding it to be seven already. With a smile on my face I sat up, feeling a weight in my abdomen. I looked down, seeing a round belly poking out from under my tank top. Curiously, my arms and legs didn't look like they belonged to a fat guy. Then it hit me - I was wearing women's pyjamas even though I had a flat chest and my arms and legs looked exactly like they had last night. Then I remembered that I'd wished for a life swap, not a body swap, so I guessed that I'd kept my old body. But why the big belly? A little kick from inside answered that - I was pregnant! I rubbed my belly smiling. It just felt right to be pregnant, even if I was physically a guy otherwise. Curious I slipped out of bed, careful not to wake up the sleeping guy next to me. My sleeping girlfriend Susan my memories told me and grabbed my purse from the dresser. I rummaged around and pulled out an ID card. "Duh," I said reading the name "Of course I'm Elizabeth Smith. You can be such an air head sometimes Lizzy." I grinned, happy to be Elizabeth Smith. Yesterday she'd been my favourite teacher, today, I was Ms Smith and Jon, whoever was Jon now, was my favourite student. I looked over at the bed and smiled, wondering who was now my girlfriend.
