A ruff situation

I stared in shock. Below the neck I was a dog, a husky probably. "Where's my old body!" I demanded. "Oh it hasn't gone to waste," he smiled "In fact it's right over there." I looked over at where he pointed to see my body sitting on the floor. Above the neck was the head of a dog which was leaning over and licking... "Hey stop that!" I shouted, mortified. The man chuckled. "Oh don't worry, they always do that. This isn't the first time I've done this procedure and at first the head's old instincts take over. If she's like the others it'll be a week or two before higher brain functions take hold. Oddly human heads adapt quicker." I paled "No way I'm licking my..." I paused. "Did you say she?" "Ah yes, the only compatible subject was a husky bitch, so I guess I should call you Miss from here on." "No. No! I'm a guy. A human guy!" "Ah they all like that, but I assure you within a week you'll start behaving like a dog and a week after you'll have embraced it. Of course you'll still have human intelligence, but you'll love acting like a dog. Everyone else does."
