"Just another minute," Kimberly said, as she continued her texting, completely unaware that anything was different. By the time the waiter went around the table, Kimberly had finished the text and put the phone away, but her eyes kept wandering to the pocket, wondering what the response would be. Alexis, no longer interested in what was going on with the phone, was more involved in what was going on around her. The waiter headed toward the table with a tray of food, placing a meal in front of each of them. Scott looked up. "Wait..." The man had mixed up...But then something snapped for him.
