John wandered off into his next class, Typography Minor and sat down. The teacher, Mr. Harksworn was a dimply, dull older man with his glasses always crooked and suit just a bit on the shaken side. He welcomed everyone in his usual monotonous greet and than cleared his throat, picking up a chart and making an announcement. The kids looked at each other and shrugged. They were getting a new student? It was a rather strange thing to be told so suddenly, since usually transfers have to be made within the first few weeks of a schoolyear, and they thought they'd get more forewarning first. Harksworth coughed in his usual nasally way and opened the door, letting in another student. A new student, one which caught John's eye...
