Harlequin Midnight

As John worked on finishing a project that would allow him to weave sensors that could bridge the divide of human finese with technological interface, a shadow skulked just outside of his project lab. It was late at night, the place nearly deserted. Somewhere in the building were the security guards doing their rounds, but for all intents and purposes John was alone in front of his computer. Music played in the background, and some machines were whirring in the background, building and printing what he hoped would be a solution to his problems.
