A bored bureaucrat sat on his office playing on his portable game console. What a slow day, things never happened around District 51, which covered most of the Western and eastern seaboards of the United States, the local coasts. He sighed when as if punished for his negligence, the sirens on his computer screen beeped. "A new report! Got to get this to central!" He printed out the alert and rushed to Headquarters. A new threat was on the loose. Time to track down another one... (This may or may not follow the previous installment. It might follow an entirely different threat or go in whatever direction.
