Jon shook his head, amazing how Mikey could hear Jon asking Zoe about takeout over the sound of his War game and through a thick door, but couldn’t hear their mother call up to him with no door between them. Jon smiled, he’d been the same when he’d been thirteen, so was willing to cut Mikey some slack.
