One hot Sarah doll

Jon sighed as he stated "I'm sorry Sarah but I can't take any chances with you." Sarah worriedly asked "What are you going to do to me?" He sadly exclaimed "I wish Sarah was now a nonthinking barbie doll." Sarah got out one gasp before she turned to plastic. Jon looked at the doll's shocked expression and continued "I wish this doll had a happy smile and a twinkle in it's painted eyes. I also wish that Sarah is erased from reality, and that this doll is a part of Karyn's doll collection, and that I am home now." Jon tried to squeeze to much into his wish. The doll disapeared just as he had expected but he found that he was still in Sarah's old room and the room looked exactly the same as it did for Sarah. Then he, NO! SHE looked down and recognized a goodsized set of breasts. With a sinking feeling he examined himself and found that he was now a very attractive girl that looked like a cross of his older sister and Sarah. She quickly ran out of what was now her room and found her old mother married to Sarah's old father. She sadly shook her head as she walked back to her room with two parents watching her back and being confused as to why their precious little daughter was acting so strangely. When she entered her room she really looked around and found her purse and a picture of Karyn and her new self in only string bikinis and making funny faces at a the person who took the picture. Jon sighed as he absently mumbled "I wish I knew about who I now am."
