Karyn and Her Mom Are Back

Suddenly, Jon and Max heard the front door downstairs open and then close shut. Then they heard Karyn's voice yell out "Hey, Max! We're back from the mall!" Jon looked at Max, then said "I have to hide." "Why? I thought you wanted Karyn's help. That's why you came here, right?" Max asked. "That was before. Now, I'm a genie. And that means that I have to give three wishes. I already gave *you* three wishes, so you're not a problem anymore. But if Karyn claims me ... I'll have no choice but to grant her wishes. She's my friend, but ... I just have a feeling that at least two of her wishes might not help me get the stone back. If only *you* helped me out with that."
