An Old Friend

Satisfied with my new look, Suzie and I bade our farewell to Le Paul. I was actually feeling pretty good... "So long, Misty! You certaintly do look like a pornstar!" called out the NPC. I froze. I could feel the eyes of **every single guy** on me as the NPC repeated Suzie's words. My face was a few shades redder than pure, absolute red, and showed no signs of clearing. For her part, Suzie was on the ground, laughing harder than I thought was physically possible. That was a big help to my embarassment and I just wanted to die right there. Then I saw him. Big, ugly, and trying to stand up despite the pain in his groin. It was the same orc I took down earlier! Finally, a vent for my frustrations. I kicked Suzie to get her attention and she yelped, rubbing her shin and glaring at me. I put on my most innocent face and called out, "Excuse me sir! My friend seems to have hurt her leg, can you help me take her to a doctor?" Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Suzie send me a look of confusion. The orc turned, looked at me. I looked different from before, but not that different. If he recognized me, things would get ugly. Finally, he came over, opening his mouth to speak.
