BB+BS: Waking Up the Next Morning

Jon woke up the next morning to the ringing of his cell phone. “Where are you?” came Karyn’s desperate voice as he picked up. “In my bed,” Jon answered with a yawn. “You just woke me up.” “You’re in *your* bed?” “Yeah, where else would I be?” An exasperated sigh came over the line. “I’m in someone else’s room. I don’t know whose. But it’s weird, there are pictures of me in here.” “Okay...” “Humor me for a second, Jon. What’s my name? What’s my full name?” “Karyn Anne Gosling.” “Shit.” “What?” “Izzy Gosling is the name of the Little Sister who was assigned to me yesterday. My name should be Karyn Anne Black.” There was a pause. “I think I’m in my Little Sister’s house. I think I’ve become a part of her family.” “Shit.” “Quick, Jon, what’s *your* full name?” “Jonathan Malachi McMillan.” “Shit!” In that moment, Jon dropped his phone onto his plush pink blanket, and really took a look at his surroundings. The bedroom he found himself in was bigger than his parents’ room. Four poster bed, white oak furniture, a huge walk-in closet. “Karyn, I think I was wrong. I think I’m in Sarah’s bedroom. I think I really am Sarah’s Big Sister now.”
