Thankfully the desire that he be nice like Karyn wasn't spoken out loud. She got off the phone and went back to what she was doing... Oh yes, his stashed rock... She gave it a final glance thinking it was adorably childish of him, but her concerns are that he grows up and can handle his grandpa's passing without lingering trauma. She also has countless other concerns and desires going through her mind... She set the stone back in the hiding place feeling ridiculous for feeling the need to snoop like this. She paused with her fingers on the stone, "I just wish..."
