On his way to Sarah's house, Jon called Karyn and asked her to meet him there. So, when he arrived, Karyn was there waiting for him. In this new reality, Karyn looked exactly like Sarah McMillan, except that she had shorter hair and different clothes - definitely not part of the popular crowd. But since Jon didn't hear Biff's wish, he thought it was perfectly normal that Karyn and Sarah looked alike, as well as *sounded* alike. "Are you sure she took the stone?" Karyn asked. "I'm sure.
