Wish chain, with a twist...

"This can't be left with Jon but I would like to cause a little mischief with it!" Sarah said with a grin. She shifted the stone back and forth in her fingers until she came up with a bright idea. "I wish that I could start a wish chain that passes a special wishing power, just like this stone, from person to person in the way I'm about to describe," Sarah collected her thoughts before continuing. "Each person with this power would have their next wish granted just as if they'd been holding this stone at the time, but then the wishing power would leave them and pass on to the target of their wish. That means if someone makes a wish for themselves, they get the wishing power back again and can make another wish!" But that was not all, as Sarah had in mind an addition to this that was particularly cruel (or entertaining, depending on your viewpoint). "Also, I wish..."
